I just had to comment on how you are such an awesome Dad ! Great Patience with your little boy. Makes me smile having raised 9 children myself, been there, done that over and over. +Krzysztof Niewiadomski if it has MMI you will ned a sound processor such as an audison bit one to connect to the bose amp before you can then connect to other external amps etc to run other speakers.

Great job, i watched many of your videos. I have a question though. On my C6 suddenly the MMI stop working. The screen is black and the console MMI buttons have no lights. When i try turning on the radio by pressing the ON button the screen turns on saying AUDI MMI and quickly turns off. It was after a night of raining but everything was dry and I never had problems with rain before. What's your suggestion? Many thanks for all videos.

@PyroFenixVA This is what I have brought up here in Canada. You guys have it right. It's a prepaid toll. I have suggested this model be implemented. However, it met with objection because the account receivables would not be so lucrative. The 407 ETR can charges 27% or more in interest for people that pay late (like a credit card) and they ignore the Statute of Limitations on that which is 2 years and compound interest for up to 15 years... great incentive to suppress invoices which they do.

Thanks so much Jesse for highlighting this very important issue. Do you have links to your system's operation? That's exactly the way the 407 ETR operates here, billing is attached to the license plate. The problem is that the administration practices invoice suppression. It has caused invoices to be sent out years after the fact with an outrages amount on it. Apparently they claim it's interest charges they are entitled to collect for up to 15 years. The Statute of Limitations says 2 years

Do I detect a Canadian inferiority complex??? It sure looks like it. The EZPass system used in the US is far superior than 407ETR's system. EZPass is totally prepaid, meaning no crazy/outrageous bills, whereas the 407ETR's system is not prepaid. The 407ETR are run and backed by greedy crooks! Not sure where you come off with your comment "Always comical listing to Americans critique Canadian issues though.". The same could be said about some Canadians with regards to American issues O_o

They formed the 407 Act. Attached it to the highway traffic act in some respect to give it the authority to act like a parking ticket for collection purposes.Problem:it is a private corporation that is profiting/paying shareholders and zero dollars goes towards Provincial infrastructure. Also, FYI the company says that we must update, but in actuality the company can access MTO (DMV equivalent) but chooses not to in many cases until there was thousands of dollars owed. The company doesn't even show you the original tolls. Just gives you an amount on a bill and says pay it. This is wrong and why we have a problem with the system. I would love to see prepaid tolls on this ungated highway, but then 407 would lose money on bogus charges.

Actually this is not just a Canadian issue. The consortium of investors have already started their propaganda in the US. Unlike the traditional tolls in the US, 407ETR raises tolls to lower traffic volumes and is a completely ungated highway. There are no toll booths. Indiana fell prey to this consortium's BS and I have been watching the progress there. Louisiana already got rid of electronic tolls because of inaccuracies.

That website will take you to a debate in Washington as we speak. Do not be fooled! If the individual States achieve what they are setting out to achieve... i.e. eliminating current federal restrictions on tolling of existing and new interstate highways... this will open the door to raising tolls to lower traffic volumes to putting $ in investors pockets and ripping off the public big time. Keep your eyes open!

Section 13(2) states that photographic (a reading of a plate by camera) or electronic evidence is proof in the absence of evidence to the contrary of the obligation to pay the toll. I went to the Privacy Commissioner twice and requested the photographic evidence of the tolls they say were valid and to date I received nothing. We also have evidence that the transponder is not an accurate gauge of lawful tolls.

Wrong, I suggest you listen the meeting we had at the 407 ETR's offices January 12th, 2012. There is still a large group of us getting bills from as far back as 1997 before the 407 ETR even took over the operations of the highway. Even though the 407 Act provides for evidence of useage under section 13(2) of the Act. The 407 ETR has refused to provide us with any evidence despite repeated requests.

YIP....been following her situation for a while and it seems that she is moving on with her situation into a class action law suit. I saw a video that she was in ON her local News Station, and it was VERY good. I'm sure you could watch it if you asked her for the link. The Problem of billing was eliminated by introducing per-authorized payment. so they dont send bills to ur house and more, and if u r a first time user, they get your information from the DMV which will always have your updated address. Also when users use the 407, as they pass the gate it scans the persons transponder, it doesnt take a pic of the plate.

@PyroFenixVA Thanks for pointing out this website because I truly believe that this is the model the 407 ETR should be following... but they are just gouging the public at the moment. This is why this issue is so important here. There is talk of more toll highways here in Canada. If they are going to do it... it is important that they do it right.

@PyroFenixVA I am unsure of how your toll highways are operated. Is it the State, Fed's or a Private Corporation? I have traveled on many US toll highways and never had an issue. I paid what was owed and it was great! What we have here is different in that the business model is that you pay after you use it. This has been the crux of the problem.

Canadians must update their address associated with their plates and drivers license within 30 days of moving and Canada Post forwards your mail (including 407 bills) to your new address. So, not sure what you are talking about in this Vid. Always comical listing to Americans critique Canadian issues though. Carry on.

Thanks mate. I have an Audi A4 with the same problem, if you sit the end of the funnel in some hot water for a few minutes, it makes getting it on a bit easier.
