Not a good advice to disconnect the batterylead before disconecting the
solar panel, to reset, first disconnect tge positive solar panel wire, than
the battery, wait for 30 sec than first connect the battery, let regulator
first start up, iff it doesent parralel a sec battery with the empty one,
let it start up, then connect the panels back, let it start charging, then
disconect the parralel battery and the charger should do its work, only iff
the empty battery is stil working this should work,

Never disconnect the battery first whitout first disconecting the solar
panel.
