I made these today and they came out good! I added diced green onion for
some extra flavor. If I were to make these again, I would probably only let
them proof for 2 times instead of 3 and see if that makes them rise a
little more during the baking. The ones I made still came out fluffy though!
i just made the burger bun my self... its so easy, but i dont make
hamburger, i fill the buns with my mom "ayam mesere" or spicy shredded
chicken(balinese cooking), the combination taste so delicious, the buns is
moist n soft inside :3 love ur recipe :D
Will be backpacking. Will go to Osaka, Kyoto, Nara, Tokyo, Miyajima,
Koyasan, Shirakawago, Takanawa, Ogasawara Islands and Kamikochi! Can't wait
to try all the delicious Japanese food! Do you have any recommendations? I

By using instant instead of dry active yeast, can I replace the warm water
with milk (because there's no need to activate the yeast) or do I have to
use water (room temp)?
