are you running the VM inside windows or inside actual backtrack? You background says backtrack 5 before you started the VM?

Hey thanks for the video! I have been thinking about doing this to my Macbook 4,1 for a little while now. One question for you, after installing all of the update, did you notice any improvements to the functionality of the trackpad? This is the only thing Im a little worried about. I have only used the bootable usb stick on my mac and use a mouse because I find the trackpad so frustrating. Thanks!

+blauschuh I'm using Long motor Nema34's, DM860A drivers and a DB25 breakout board. I have the same caliper and its actually not too bad (as in not flakey) but I guess the quality control isn't that great so its hit and miss. I have a mitutoyo vernier as well and check the calibration with it and its pretty spot on.
