(In the US and Global)I don't understand why some people in the Philippines hate Noynoy, he has helped the Philippines more in his one term then the other politicians in two decades.The other presidents didn't grow the economy and they stole from the people.If fact one of the most corrupt politicians I've ever seen was president for almost a decade! And her name is...Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo.In fact even though there was disaster they economy still grew 6.1% in 2014.The Philippines is now the call center capital of the world, unemployment is going down, and because of these events, if more people have jobs then crime goes down. But I'm not saying it goes away completely.When our country has economic growth, we can invest in more things, such as the military modernization program.So, because of all these facts, Noynoy is the best president we have had in at least, the last 3 decades.
