For Indonesian rolling stocks, we and china agree to use CRH380A which has average speed about 350 km/h, maximum speed 486.1 km in testing, and maximum operation speed at 380 km/h. But at first the train will only give 200 km/h, and than will be increased later if the system already tested and considerated safe to run at more speed.

Irrespective of whom ever is chosen for high speed train projects in India, it should never be China. They will certainly use their profits made in India's infrastructure to fund pakistani terrorism against India. Based on the current construction speed of HSR in Japan, this 500km project may take 12 year or longer.
