if the smell of the smoke coming out has a sweet smell to it, then it is a head gasket and coolant is leaking into the cylinder and being combusted. if the white smoke does not smell like gasoline, then it is likely to be your piston rings are worn out, and are leaking oil into the cylinder. jobs like that on engines are very expensive, if I were you I would just move on to another car unless the 03 magnum has under 80,000 miles. because rebuilding the valve seals and piston rings on a 130,000 miles truck is stupid.

+John Meyers, Hi John, it's the diesel fuel that causes the blue smoke, so no worries, you see that a lot on big trucks.

What's the best way to fix a problem like this rather than doing an engine rebuild? I've tried Lucas Oil Stabilizer and it still smokes like crazy

I have a 91 jetta, and it have lots of smoke coming out, but it does not smell oil, but it smells like free exhaust... or it smells bensin.. What might the problem be? ... since its not burning oil?

+Eddie Carrara the smoke is pretty thick, and i dont think its normal because when i rev the engine it comes out alot of smoke, and its only when the engine is warmed up, the temp outside is like 57.2 farenheit ( 15 celsius )if you dont get alot out of this i might upload a video yes, but that wont be now, cause its late here where i come from :P
