I have tried this 4 times and its always gone wrong when I add the
yoghurt.It doesn't stay liquid like yours.It always goes into little bits
and then ruins the sauce.What yoghurt (brand) do you use? I have used greek
style natural yoghurt from Tesco,a few other yoghurt types and it always
goes wrong when I add it!!!

"burnt cream" in french.. there's no cream in peaches haha.. then he said,
"im brulee'ing the peaches"... I didnt hear a french accent... he could
just say he's melting sugar on the peaches haha. There is absolutely
nothing special about this dish. He wrapped a peice of bacon around the
quail and roasted it. Be a bit more creative.
thanks for the video. a friend gave us some quail and i had NO idea what to
do with it! i made this recipe tonight. pretty good but quail are not very
meaty. next time i'm gonna use boneless skinless chicken breast. the salad
was amazing. ( i did substitute sunflower seeds for pumpkin because i
already had them.)

What's he doing frying/baking quail with a plastic fringed toothpick? Chef
Ramsay would have his ass in shreds for pulling that stunt. Other than
that, it was a good recipe.
Why didn't you remove the toothpick, cheddar cheese or gootecheese is a
huge diference. Caramalised fruit and quail. Why my man, come to europe and
learn how to cook.
