+Enosh YeluchuriMake sure you get Turkey Breast and cut it into small pieces. It will work just fine. Slight difference in flavor, but otherwise great. Thank you.

+Enosh YeluchuriThere is a slight difference. Not too much. Maybe in flavor. Turkey meat, actually, does not get hard with this for me, it is tender. :-) Thick yes, but for me, it turned out well. Let me know how it goes for you. :-)

i think there will be a difference in the preparation of turkey biryani. Because Turkey meat will be little think and hard. But yeah like u said we can try and see this same procedure.

Yes, I can tell you. You do the recipe the same as in this video, only you add Turkey instead of Chicken and BOO YA. You got Turkey Biryani. :=_)  PEACE, LOVE, AND HAVE FUN b :-)
