500 grams chicken, 1 tsp red chili powder, 2 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp
salt, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 C yogurt. Marinate for 15 minutes in
the refrigerator. Dry roast 1/2 C coconut, 1/4 C poppy seeds, 10 cardamon
pods, cinnamon stick, 8 cloves, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp caraway seeds 8
garlic cloves. Grind to a powder. Save 1/2 mixture and use remaining
marsala to grind 6 green chili's, 1 red onion, 1 Tbsp ginger/garlic paste,
1/4 C peppermint leaves loosely measured. Grind mixture again. In a pan
with 2 Tbsp oil, add marsala paste and fry for 2 minutes, add marinated
chicken & mix well. Add 3 potatoes cut in chunks. Cook 8 minutes on
medium flame. Add 3 diced tomatoes, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp salt, 2
tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder. Add water & cover for 8
minutes until cooked through on medium heat. Add remaining marsala
powder, 1/4 C cilantro leaves, 1/4 C peppermint leaves, and 2 green chills.
Cook another 2 minutes. Serve with ???
