Gianna- Did you purchase it from us? We would have gladly found a solution for you, and still will. The iFrog sync cables are authorized by Apple, which is not an easy process. Sounds like you may have just gotten a defective unit.

Oye yosh tengo una preguntilla, cuanto se tarda en cargar la bateria, la verdad nunca habia visto una tan potente te imaginas si un smartphone tuviera 13000 Deverdad seria un exito

esta bateria se carga como en 4 horas, y un iphone lo carga en 40 minutos ya que la salida es de 2.1A esta muy buena, si estaria muy bien una bateria de 13000 en un smarphone te duraria como una semana, saludos y gracias por seguir todos mis videos...

Hey, When you are charging the actual portable charger itself, there will be a red light when it is charging, when it is fully charge the red light will turn off, for more details, try looking at the GoLite instructions...

I have this and it isn't fully charging my phone at all, it charges it a bit and after that the ifrogz is discharged and showing the red light and yes i fully charged it before using it.

I LOVE the idea of this product, but the video needs a shot of the flashlight beam in the dark(I'd like to see\verify that before I buy)... =]

Hey I just got my GoLite charger a couple weeks ago, and it works perfectly, it was able to charge my iPod and iPhone on a single charge!
