I believe this video it is an attack on those coping with Eating Disorders
- and if I'm not mistaken, it can do more harm than good. My sister is now
recovering from Anorexia, says she would give anything to not have the
thoughts she has, and she certainly doesn't like her life now. She didn't
mean to lose her friends or have her bones show - and I wouldn't even dare
to show her this, cause it would be calling her stupid. Girls coping with
eating disorders already have enough self hate as it is
Hi Joana, we really appreciate your feedback. This film has received a
mixed response. Some see it as a much-needed critique on how too many of us
are restricting our lives for the so-called "Body Beautiful" & that it
holds an important mirror up to how body obsession can never make us happy.
Yet some believe it to be too harsh in its dealings of sensitive subjects,
especially for those with eating disorders. I recommend your sister watches

This is spooky, thank you for the trigger warning (maybe it should be added
to the opening bit before watching as many people look at the description
later?). I think it may work for people unaffected to understand how people
can become when affected by an eating disorder. Definitely triggering to
people who understand those kinds of thoughts. It is disappointing that it
implies that it is only for women though.
to me, this is about those people who crave to look "anorexic" and do
everything in their power to "get an eating disorder". this is showing the
thoughts that those suffering really do have. it allows those who aren't in
grips of an eating disorder to realise that before they start, they need to
know there's more to life than being thin.
