Every time I dieted for a show I got shredded to the bone. Yes, I was
fucking HUNGRY all the damn time! I remember one evening after about 12
weeks of dieting I was insanely hungry and I ate half of a full-size jar of
Adams peanut butter. I looked fucking amazing the next morning with veins

+dadondutta Any cardio is good cardio. Just do what you like. Both do the same thing. Its good to have carbs when your going to be using them and your body needs them. If your working out in the afternoon, its pointless having carbs in the morning as your body dosnt need them. This is in terms of when dieting.

+dadondutta Did cardio 3 times a week. 40mins of LISS. Key is to try and have you carbs around your workout. So for me I had 50G pre-workout and 50G post. Then fats and protein for the rest of the day!

Look I wud never put another fitness brother down but this iifym thing is
not all that,sure it works as I have tried it myself...for weight loss as
calories don't matter as long as ur in a deficit but for fatloss while
trying to retain as much muscle as possible clean eating is a better
approach not to mention for ur overall health.yes ur ripped but ur skinny
and as I have been told abs on a skinny guy is like big breasts on a fat
chick,not attractive.try eating clean to put high quality muscle then also
cut with clean food.u will have more size the next time around plus abs.

Any thoughts on cutting and training techniques? Whatever you did seemed to
work. I'm 19 too and I was unfortunately diagnosed with a heart condition.
I am limited to 95 pounds... I really just need to lose this belly fat. Any
