I've been watching your channel and about 4 others and this is something I love with Netrunner. Most of the players are decent and honourable people. Kinda wish that we had a bigger community here where I live. Krystian, keep up the videos, side note - can you do a mini card review on Janus? Its my favorite ICE and I want to know what you think of it.

The Clot wasn't in his hand at 20:09; he'd pitched it the previous turn at
19:14. I'm guessing he didn't react because he wasn't expecting SfSS, so he
was waiting for an advancement to put it into play.
+Stu L For the runner side you're quite right - Kate is a notch above the rest, mostly thanks to the fact that Clot is really only viable in Shaper. Until the developers pull the brakes on printing trashy Crim cards, it'll stay this way for quite a while unfortunately.Corp side is more interesting though. HB Glacier is certainly viable, as is Blue Sun. Any NEH variant can take a tournament by storm if the meta isn't anticipating it. RP seems to be the go-to if only because top-tier players have spent lots of time since Worlds practising with that deck, but is by no means impregnable: it is highly vulnerable to credit denial tactics!
very dissapointing to see you blurred the cards,
i was looking for a lets play showing both sides,
together with showing the text on the cards ,
so anyone can follow the game without knowing all the cards by heart
The videos we put up on //stimhack.com are usually more user-friendly. I recently did some commentary on a couple of games with ANR Blackhats, (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCrcjou2_8t7wFun9m68Ufyg). You can see both player's hands and all the images are uncensored for that broadcast.
even for high-level play, people tune in to see what cards the high rollers are using, and not everyone has every data pack/ has seen every obscure card in the set enough to recognize it by picture . i know octgn censors them by default , but that is what makes octgn such a bitch to install to begin with, the searching for the image packs. ;) the videos would be a lot more enjoyable to watch with the text and perhas view from both sides , i dont know if you have any recommendations for a relative beginner?
The cards are censored by OCTGN by default for intellectual property rights reasons. You can download the uncensored image packs but I am bad at finding them. Sorry! There are a lot of other people who make videos more geared towards teaching beginners. Come back and check the channel out for high level strategy once you learn the cards! In the meantime, I'll try to find those images...
I play the physical game too! Just recently took down my local regionals. Tournament report here: //stimhack.com/philadelphia-regionals-2014-1st-place-report/
The most difficult thing people have understanding when playing against this deck is how little your runner deck matters. The vast majority of your cards are going to be used as hit points. You will only need a little bit of economy, preferably something like Desperado, Kati, or Account Siphon, that has low startup costs and doesn't take a lot of cards to keep yourself moving, (you won't need much money, so you should probably avoid SMCing for Opus or anything like that). You need to identify the cards that DO matter. Breakers, potentially, are important, Account Siphon and Vamp are important for turning off your opponent's ability to pay for traps, any net damage prevention or click-compressed card draw is good, (quality time, deus ex), and expose is really awesome if you can fit it, (I like infiltration in any deck with same old thing). Multi access canbe dangerous. My one big tip aside from that is to run unadvanced remotes. It could be a trap, but your cards don't matter much, and they get a lot of value from scoring Gila or House of Knives. If you can't possibly account for every possible trap, then you need to identify when you need to 'guess' at what something is and take the plunge sometimes. After that, it's all mind games, so try to get inside your opponent's head and figure out why they're doing what they're doing.

Like both the decks shown here, is there anything that that HB deck has
particular problems with? Doesn't have a lot of ways to rez archer other
than Pri Req i'd imagine, so i could see that being problematic. Like the
idea of program trash heavy HB though. Acct Siphon shaper is pretty dirty
too lol.
Android: Netrunner: kiv (Weyland) vs bigbellyjarelli (Kate)
I play Weyland rush with 2x SEA and 3x Scorch as a side condition. //netrunner.meteor.com/decks/e7uWvZuaA9f4HDL8c/ My opponent plays Professional ...
Glad you liked it, I blogged a bit about the list here://teamcovenant.com/chrism/2013/12/01/piloting-supermodernism/This one is the same list except this has 1x Ash 1x Grim instead of the 2x Swordsman.I'll think about doing audio commentary, it would be really nice if OCTGN supported replays natively so I could step through a replay and talk about certain points.
No, he removed the Snare tag on his 3rd action, so I would've had to SEA Source as my 2nd to tag him, leaving only 1 Scorch possible. And without the Beanstalk I can't afford to SEA + Scorch + Scorch.
