It is hard to stick to. But I've gone this far so I better just stick to it. You have to introduce food slowly. Like on day 11 you can still drink the lemonade and then fresh orange juice. and I think that's it. Then on day 12 its like soup. I'm not 100% cuz i havnt looked that far ahead. lol.

Ive tried this diet twice, and both times as soon as i drank even a few sips of the lemonaide i threw up, I just cant handle the taste, I dont know what it is!
