@Deadlybrit... don't be a twit. Vinny isn't on roids and he has looked
great for more than 8 years. I know I got him in shape for his first
contest and as you know I too keep in moderate shape year round even 10
years after my last competition and fathering 3 kids all under 7 and
building a pretty solid nutrition company... so for anyone out there who
thinks its all drugs and short lived or impossible for the average joe to
pull off, think again, set your goals and focus on your nutrition.
@666CUNTHOLE vince delmonte has helped tons off people who are struggling
on bulking up and has spread his knowledge on bodybuilding and nutrition
like no one else does, at least for free, show sum respect, i'm one of the
guys who has learned tons of him. I am grateful and i hope he will keep on
helping us out. if 'he sucks' is ur only statement, i think that's not only
quite lame but also lacks a lot of hows and whys asshole
@Deadlybrit What's funny is, it is true that you can get a good body by
just eating right and working out. It's as simple as that. only people who
know NOTHING about working out or maintaining a proper diet. Look at the
movie 300 and Gerard Butler. Watch his interviews on it and how he had to
train extremely hard and eat properly. You think he took steroids? Way to
think outside the little box you live in.
@jtcruzzin Vince is not a "bulk" bodybuilder. He trains for the lean ripped
look. Not everyone who is into nutrition and lifts weights is a massive
sized person. Vince has worked for years on his craft and has become very
successful passing his knowledge on to individuals who are seeking a better
lifestyle. God gave you 2 ears and one mouth, maybe you should listen twice
as much as you talk.
hey vince i've been tryin to get ripped abs....however i also wanna build
lean muscle....but everytime i try to get abs...of course with proper
diet...i start losing built muscle...and everytime i try to bulk up i gain
body fat in my abdominal muscles!? but i eat healthy protein carbs and
veggies and whole grains....why does this happen? am i not eating enough?
i am ectomorf 147 pounds/65 kilos,6'2''/188 cm and almost 16 years old.I
train with an 22 pounds/10 kg dumbell 4.4 pounds dumbell and an 11 pounds
dumbell.I Eat healthy and every day fruits and vegetables an i play fotball
90 minutes per day.Can you please tell me an workout and a diet to gain 1

@Chaaarge pletaeu busting is one of the hardest things, constantly trying
new things etc, switching to high rep work outs etc, but like anything else
its about dedication, people who are out for fast results, on the off
chance they get to where they want, which is doubtful to say the least,
they will bounce right back
Typical day of groceries probably costs me approximately 200 bucks or so,
not including protein powder. Lots of natural cheeses, lean
beef/egg/chicken/fish meats, loads of fruits/veg, bran cereals/oatmeal,
nuts (if youre not allergic like me...) low fat milks + yogourts and yeah.
Thats just the majority of it.
hi. yes canned beans are exellent. they are high in fibre, low in fat,
infact ill tell ua good recipe, buy buritos torties, and a low fat salsa &
tuna, wrap in the burito about 1 third of canned beans, half a tin of tuna
with ur ur salsa on top, put it in the microwave for 30secs, its great

cup measure, so it gets tight, it feels somehow wrong how do I do? I
usually do the same with the mushrooms or the most greens. how do you how

I've been eating lots of vegetables that are frozen...because i am in my
teens and don't have all that much time to cook in the kitchen. Are these
frozen vegetables preserved? Then don't have much sodium in them and they
taste natural. Please get back to me!
You dont even understand. It can get REALLY expensive, especially for a
university student like myself. Thats why its imperative to look for sales
on fruits and the like. In his ebook he has lists for each week, for the 29
weeks or so.

sets or crash sets afther the first 25 weeks and how long to do crash or

no it's not. there's just a lot of conflicting information. but once you
find something that works for you it becomes simple. I found that what
works best for me is eating a lot of carbs and focusing on getting stronger
with low reps

you know where everything is in the grocery store. Then, move fast from one
item to the other. It only takes me 15 minutes or less to shop..
there is so many programs online such as jeff anderson and, mike geary and
vince del monte they all say the same information so why this program? and
why do all the prgorams cost the same ? 39,95 coincidence ?
But I don't understand how it takes you 15 minutes to complete your
shopping. Mine it takes for a long time. Can you make another video where
Vince buy everything on the list?
