I lived for almost 3 years in Kompung Cham, in khum Suong, SrokTbong Khmum. It was more than 30 years already from the day I left. Wish I can come back for a visit. I knew many people there.
+Le Vu I dig holes for crabs too. I used to eat grilled rat, when it's hot it's crusty and taste like pork or chicken but when it's already cooked and you keep it for one day. the rat meat become like it's fresh with blood and not yet cooked.
+Le Vu Yes orkun bat, I understand. I spoke to my kKhmer friends since I viewed this video and they inform me that these are rats that eat rice, not trash, and that in areas where they exist the are trapped and eaten. I am barang, we eat some weird things too, but I am not interested in trying rat per-se, but I don't see anything particularly wrong in doing so for people that eat meat. thanks for replying to me friend.
+west-island kev I myself never eat rat but I don't mind if other eat them, they're sources of nutrition anyway. I used to be on some rice paddy field in Kampuchea digging holes for food long long time ago. But not rat, crabs instead.

How you know those rats are free of diseases? Have you actually caught them

look like he's healthy doesn't mean he's truly healthy. To tell his actual
health status, he must undergo blood check and close medical examination.
By default, rats are the primary vectors/carriers of infectious diseases.
