Most don't - I think they're made to be a bit harder but I nabbed this one when I discovered it spins easily! ;) The 'extra large' (smaller) one I have is very stiff and Precious tries but can't always turn it.

I just got this toy for my Jardines. She hasnt mastered it yet, its fun watching her try. Maybe I should show her this video and she might learn something! :-)
