vitamins for the rest of your life. If you get this surgery done dont think
its a miracle its a lifestyle change and you still have to excercise and
you have to follow the diet they give you to the T.

Just to let EVERYONE know. After any weight-loss surgery, it is necessary
to continue taking vitamins and protein supplements for the REST OF YOUR
LIFE. Any doctor who tells you different is wrong. And before anyone has
any form of weight-loss surgery, be sure the doctor is a bariatric surgeon.
Make sure the doctor isnt a surgeon who just practices bariatric surgery.
Thats all from me!

I've been looking into wls options. first time I've heard of this. I'm
pretty sure that my insurance wouldn't pay for anything, and I'm really
iffy about even asking my pcp about a referral anywhere. Not sure how to
handle it all.
If your insurance won't cover the cosmetic surgery check out Costa Rica at
Rosenstock-Lieberman Clinic. I have been there twice and they are
great...AND certified in the U.S. also.
