true true, the biggest problem is america has an epidemic with thinking long term. we think for then now. bad jobs that pay great, scratch off tickets, many people work for no retirement at the end, no thought of regret about eating insane amounts of cholestoral.

We have to eat or we starve to death. The trick is to eat the right foods in the right amounts and exercise regularly.

Hello, I'm set to go July 1st. I'm excited yet scared! Did you go alone? Where you in a lot of pain after in a sitting position? I have a flight from San to Minneapolis and I was worried about siting for 4 hours.

+coley4ja wow 17 hours and I was worried about a 4 hour flight. I'm with ya on the scared part. Does anyone one know anything about after care?

+Kristie P I have my surgery on July 1st as well. I too am a little scared as I am doing a 17 hour flight.

I did go alone and enjoyed myself and the relaxation. I drove myself home with no problems at all. I didn't have any discomfort at all.
