i love your attitude, i plan on attending Empire in the fall; i feel like no matter the state;city; location there is always DRAMA associated with beauty school, smh but i would love to see your kit; i see that alot ppl say the Empire kit is so cheap ;/ & lastly do you find the ipad to be helpful w/ or w/o the additional textbook ? thanks :)

Thanks! If cosmetology is your thing go for it with out a doubt!!!!! Empire is a great school! If you decide to go just take in as much info as possible with curriculums you will definitely need it once you get on the salon floor!

My dad has four sisters so he knew about hairstyling before I came along. He did my haircuts when I was a child and used a curling brush to style my hair for school pictures. As a grown woman, with children of my own, I want to say that those memories are my favorite ones from childhood. ♡

What would have made this video touching,would have been other dads, who do know how to style girls hair..have them show the rookies...this still leaves me with the feeling of "dumb dads" or "you did your best, but let me do it." It's like an us vs them mentality.
