I must say Carol is pretty (Just followed her on Twitter), but other than
that, I understand what she is saying about haters and never giving up on
something. Haters don't bother me, I just deal with them, like what Carol
said, with kindness. Other than that, I'm always keeping to the yes side
and this interview would prove to be rather inspirational, very well done!

I wouldn't have to much, because I just got started. But they act like
calling me fat is something I have NEVER noticed or never gotten the memo
too. "U FAT" It's just exhausting.

I have been on raw food from 6 weeks now , i am doing great have lost more
than 18 pounds :) but i keep surfing motivations to stay raw ... i found

You're doing a really good job and getting that meat in your diet was
probably good for you! I'm a college kid and I've had some weight problems
for a long time but one tip I have for you that I noticed recently (if it
will fit in your diet and exercise plan) that might help is eating one
spoonful of peanut butter at the end of your first meal. It keeps you full
for a lot longer and you get to feel like you're cheating a lil bit. Helps
me get past those times when I have to skip meals to study.
I stopped smoking and drinking and started playing tennis and lost four
inches off my waste in about eight weeks. To do that I at times dropped my
calorific intake down to around a thousand a day and my only vice was a
small bit of mayonnaise on my chicken or egg salads and I'd carb out on
donuts on the weekly shop day. It is a hard hard focus on the positive
outcomes... the vision... that is the thing that gets you through. For
physique I used the intro to 'American Psycho'. Good luck!

If you are achieving 90% of your eating goals...you are in good form. Don't
be so hard on yourself. If I had half of your motivation...boy I could have
gone raw for the lent season. But I am a carnivore. You are doing well.
