Does it matters what kind of cinnamon I'm using 1/2 teaspoon in my tea 5 days a week is that toxic for the liver. P.s I'm using drug store cinnamon I use the sticks to but they r just regular they don't show any name or type of cinnamon.

Cooking and browning the meat first for an hour or two makes the meat more tender and look more appetising. I use stock and ale instead of water which gives a lovely rich gravy.
