No the Bible is not against the third I am in fact the Bible says meditate on your actions. Meditation stimulants the pineal gland and makes it produce DMT naturally. Jesus Christ and every other human being on the planet was born with a decalcified pineal gland so therefore having your third eye being cleansed is not a natural.
+Shredd Hed No problem, dude:-) It may seems a bit difficult at first, but once you get past the initial detox symptoms, you start feeling amazing. And also, if you don't wanna go cold turkey, you could eliminate one meat/dairy item a week or every two weeks and replace them with vegan alternatives. I didn't go this way, but if you're having a harder time giving these things up, this is a good way to go:-)
+detroitrockcity22 thanks for the information man! Ill def look into it. I try to eat as many locally produced meats and vegetables as possible. The meat, more so, because i know that it was put down as humane as possible. Not just pushed through some gross assembly line. Its going to be a very difficult because i am, admittedly, weak minded when it comes to removing habits and whatnot from my day to day life but its def something that i feel inside that i SHOULD do for my health and some peace of mind.
+Shredd Hed Also, I have to warn you. The slaughter house videos are really really upsetting, but it's a hard dose of reality that I think we atleast need to be aware of.
+Shredd Hed There are actually a lot of meat alternatives that are really really good and high in protein. If you were at all considering going vegan, try sites like vegweb. There are many alternatives on there and you can make some seriously delicious stuff that tastes just like meat, but doesn't leave you with that heavy feeling afterward. Also, to make sure you're getting enough of everything, you can use this free site called cronometer.com. You simply enter what you eat and it tells you exactly how much of every essential protein, vitamin, lipid, carbohydrate, and mineral you're getting. So once you find healthy meat alternatives that you like, and start eating a lot of fresh fruit and vegetables, legumes, seeds, etc. I can almost guarantee the you will feel a lot better. I know I sure do:-) I think with much more clarity, have healthier teeth, have more natural feeling energy and lots of it (not the aggressive, stimulating energy I'd get from meat, eggs and dairy). The single thing that made me decide to go vegan for good was seeing a video of what goes on in the slaughterhouse. It may have the same effect on you. If you want to see the full presentation about veganism and what goes on in the slaughterhouse to really give yourself a new perspective on all of this, look up Gary Yourofsky's best speech you'll ever hear. It really changed me. At about the 16 minute mark all the way to the 20 minute mark, he shows a slaughter house video as well as from the 1 hour to 1 hour and four minutes mark. The video is worth watching in its entirety, but those parts are what changed me more than anything else.
