It doesnt matter what you scored on your ASVAB, the Army will put you anywhere they need you. You can try and select Ft. Huachuca in your ASK, but it really does not matter when it comes down to it. They will most likely switch you around to a few other places before you find out where ur really gunna go. I am a 25B right now, first focus on getting through AIT, it is long and tough and the 447th Sig. Bn. is full of undisciplined idiots.

My brother lives there but was recently deployed to afghanistan, but I had fun visiting... although, I miss him. A town nearby, also a mine, Old Bisbee, has cheap but extremely stylish jewelry, but beware the weird streets. It's also fun going around the mountiain hill things. Just don't get lost and some of the roads get pretty rough.

I spent 6 months at Huachuca from 07/85 through 01/86 at MIOBC. I didn't let myself enjoy it then. I wish I had. It sure was a beautiful place - in a stark sort of way. I wish the video had shown a few more old landmarks like my BOQ or the O Club
