Hello again from Strasbourg ! Tried out your recipe yesterday and once again it worked its wonders on the palate. I have been to many TamBram weddings but never encountered this dish. Perhaps, due to my membership in the Palghat Iyer (PalBram? ) tribe, there are perhaps regional variations, the somewhat equivalent dish being potato podimas. Anyways, when they decide to award the Nobel Prize for Culinary Activities, rest assured that I will nominate you ! Once again, "Romba Thanks", "Merci beaucoup", "Tusen takk" !
