Liquid diet post gastric sleeve Videos

Thanks for sharing! I am four days post gastric sleeve surgery. I have no energy at all and I often find it difficult to maintain my fluid intake daily. I mean, I'm tired of clear fluids!! I know the pain you mention, and my surgeon said its the air they put in your stomach when doing the surgery. I usually feel it when I drink and take in air. Friday I begin to transition to full liquids (super excited) my pallet needs a different texture. 

Thanks for sharing your meal plans with us. Gives me a better idea of what I have to look forward to. I totally agree about the meat baby food. It is disgusting.

What kind of protein drinks? Like Ensure type shakes?
