My surgery went well. The surgeon found a hernia on my diaphram that was not expected. I am 4 days out now and feeling pretty good today. I still have some abdominal pain where they stitched up my hernia and where the drain was is touchy. I'm tired alot but thats probably the pain and nausea meds. I have lowered my pain meds in half today and seem to be doing okay. I tried to go without the nausea med but when I started to feel queasy, I took it again.Clearly it was helping!

I'm 6 days post-op and feeling pretty good. It's been a rather rough week. I have had quite a bit of pain to deal with but that is SO much better today. Thanks for watching! I'm going to try to post an update video tomorrow for week 1.
