I'm listening to this from some days. And I really think it is working -
today 3 girls (friends from uni) wanted to talk with me in one time and

I've done intermittent fasting and eaten tonnes of rubbish food and got in
the best shape of my life....I know many others do the same, and even
Martin Berkhan who was the master of this system said you can eat whatever
you want as long as it fits your numbers for the day, the hodge twins also
have said they do this also, so i don't know why you are saying this only
works if you eat healthy food.....that's simply not true

I prefer a smaller meal just because your stomach has shrunk so much. I break my fast with a half cup of grassfed heavy cream a half cup of spring water. 2 tablespoons cacao powder 1 tablespoon coconut oil and a scoop of Vega sport protein. I do keto. So with this meal I keep my body running off ketones not glucose. it's full of healthy mct's, antioxidants, and protein.

ok, but you have to actually DO what I'm about to tell you. because if you don't do it, you will never see results.the best way to burn fat and build muscle at the same time is to eat under calorie maintenance, and lift heavy weight. you're 16, so I wouldn't worry about calories, instead work on building muscle by lifting heavy shit, because you're growing and you need the calories.incline/decline bench press, pull downs, rows, lateral raises, military press, curls, triceps cable pulldowns, leg press, leg extensions, standing/seated calf raises. split these exercises to three days a week, and lift enough weight that would only allow you to hit 4-6 reps. if you're doing 7+ reps, that shit is too light. do some research on strength training, not body building.also don't squat or deadlift, it will thicken your waist, and could potentially stunt your growth. also don't do standing military press, sit down to do them.as far as nutrition goes, eat from 1am-9pm, and make sure you're eating whole foods because they will keep you full longer. example, 200g of rice and 50g of protein from chicken has roughly 600 calories, but there is also 600 calories in about 2 scoops of ice cream. so what going to keep you satiated? a big plate of food, or two scoops of ice cream? if you eat a big lunch and a big dinner from whole foods, you will enjoy IF, trust me on that. also, and most important. stick with it, you won't get results overnight. don't focus on the way you look, instead focus on lifting heavier over time. good luck.

Other than hormones like you mentioned, their concern is that the omega 6/3 ratios in the fat of grain finished beef isn't ideal. But if you've already given up all the omega 6 from the processed crap, and this is the only omega 6 you're consuming, then the ratio isn't significant and any shortcomings (if there even are any) will be outweighed by the huge health benefits of keto and IF.
