Day 21: Speaking Korean Again with Juhyun. Better Version.
It has been about a year. I feel that I am making progress. The biggest problem is still words, when it comes to understanding what people say. Here is the video ...
Hey Steve, I just encountered this video and I must say, great job! I'm
starting on a challenge myself also, of course with korean and this is very
motivating! May I ask how you recorded your sessions (I assume skype?)
Thanks!
How To Sing K-pop (for non-Korean speaking people)
As UkeShiDae reaches its 1 YEAR, we decided to celebrate our anniversary by making a tutorial video on what we're known for doing... which is singing along ...
This video marks the end of the Two Week Korean Challenge I did along with my sister, Tory. Overall, I'm happy with what I learned, although I wish I could ...
wow!!! the amount of vocabulary and the knowledge of grammar point and
sentence structure learned in two weeks is amazing!!! I'm studying korean
right now but speakimg is my weak point bc I keep messing up about what to
say. How did you learn to speak well?? and how did you learn korean so
fast??
Hey Guys! So out of boredom i made a video of me speaking Korean! I know i am not the best, i learnt on my own and so i am kind of just... trying to improve?
This is awesome, I plan on learning Korean for the +1Challenge, I would
appreciate any tips or advice you could give me in learning this beautiful
language, thank you so much!!
+LetsGetJjigae Yea, it was a help, I do have a question for you though. I'm looking for someone to practice my Korean with, would you be my teacher for now?
I've never heard of the +1Challenge! Sounds interesting! Oh my I have so many xD The top advice i would give would be to comfortable with making mistakes! That way you will be able to use what you know much more often without worrying so much! <3 Hoped I helped a little bit!
Ah, I hope to be able to post a video like this at some point too. I read
below that you are learning more intensely these days. How much time a day
do you spend on learning Korean?
When you make your video, let me know! I'd love to watch it! <3 I would say i learn for 5 hours a week maybe? That's if i learn with books or rosetta stone, but i probably spend more time learning from shows~! :D

Speaking Korean. It's pretty rough and awkward, my brain freezes when I speak Korean. I think if I speak more often it will improve but I don't want to speak a lot ...
창피해하지마세요 ^^ 저도 영어를 배우지만 어학은 연습 또 연습 인 것 같아요... Plz, don't be afraid to
speak Korean. I think u r good at speaking Korean especially, the
pronunciation is very good! I'm learning English so at least what I can say
about learning language is that it depends on how much u practice.
waaaah you're so pretty and cute xD i've actually been thinking about
making videos to practice my korean but like you, i'm scared and shy T.T
grrrr but i really need to practice :( anyway! your korean is great :3 good
job and keep it up!! ^^
Dan has lived in Korea for the past 2 years and he didn't speak a word of Korean when he first got here. I hope you enjoy our little conversation and hope this ...
YAYYY, ill defo contact him. i am german but moved to england like 3 years
ago....since the past two years i have been watching dramas and shows and
other stuff which has motivated me to learn korean and so i have been
following you guys. He is just amazing to learn korean in 2 years but sound
so natural and like he was born there!!! an inspiration, hope we i can talk
to you guys personally :) thx for this video xx
wow this is like a video that slaps me in the face..i will probably be in
south korea for a few years..i want to be an english teacher but i want to
learn korean to show solidarity with the people and show respect and its a
beautiful language..but its crazy because i speak some german too and lived
there for a bit..i feel like i have so much in common with that guy its
ridiculous! motivation time!
Ahh I should study hard at Korean too... if only I didn't have school too
But I have a long 2 months holiday ahead of me so hopefully I can learn
more of the basics and finish the level 1 lessons on ttmik. ^^ HyunWoo ssi,
thank you for all your help on the website. Your mp3s are amazing to listen
to, and I can even check in on my phone when I'm travelling so it's great
^^ 감사합니다!
I could understand about 80% of what was said without the subtitles.
However, if I was to try to speak like Dan, it would talk a long time to
say a few sentences ㅠㅠ I really need to start practicing speaking Korean!
Thanks for this video. It was very motivating and Dan's dedication to
learning Korean is very impressive :)
hmmm I'm not Korean speaker, so in my oppinion is really hard for foreign
people get at least a little bit of similarity of these 3 different sounds.
Maybe for 가 and 카 is easier, but for pronouncing 까 it'd be more difficult
than learn about those other 2. just my oppinion. greetings!
I really hope to learn like him!!! :D I don't now about his pronunciation
or grammar, but it looks he's so amazing at speaking and understanding
almost instantaneously when he replies questions or clauses! :D
He's kinda making me look bad ;( I wish I had a personal teacher to teach
me* But for now Talk To Me In Korean will have to do.* I'll do my best! And
hopefully I'll never give up*
Oh, I used to live in Heidelberg, too. But I lived there for 2 years and
never learned a lot of German, so Dan's doing better than me with his
Korean learning.
