When you did this, did you ever have any days when you just cheated? You
make it sound like it was easy to stay on track, but what happens when you
have cravings, or lets say you ate a chocolate and that's not on the plan?
+Melissa Rodriguez I only went to work and back home and had my meals prepped my husband was away for weeks at work so I didn't go on dates to cheat lol but as soon as the first month of it was done and he came back home I did cheat and the last photos I posted was the results of that

When I did it I actually didn't have and cravings because the food that you prep is actual food that will fill you up plus snacks. Me and my friend did it together and she did have cravings especially the first week but she got used to the meal plan and was good also. And also when you are detonated to loosing the weight after procrastinating for so long you do it for the reason of hitting your goals.
