great video ! i used to think i couldnt digest starch but as you said, i
realised it was because i was eating meat and animal products. i am now
eating vegan, whole food, starch based, low fat, and i feel great :-)
+Katrina Sherwood 1) follow the money... check your sources and who is behind them/ who supports them/ who stands to gain $$$2) follow REAL people (not reps for products) who are getting the results you want. 3) your own experience will tell you the answer, just like it did for us.
+Katrina Sherwood because they have no idea what they're talking about and they aren't eating a high carb, low fat diet that is discussed in this video.
Thnx! Good tips. Love your candida video too. As a raw vegan I have tried
going low fat before. I found it hard to tolerate the high amount of
carbohydrates and to avoid blood sugar spikes. Any tips for that?
+Eat Sleep Surf yes give it time - patience. Exercise will get things moving inside so more bowel movements are normal and a good thing. Yes more fibre is moving through too. Some high water content fruits like melon does give us loose motions too.
+That Vegan Couple Thanks for your insightful reply. I will definitely give it another try. Do you think time is also an important factor here? In your candida video you were saying it took about 3 months to notice the effects so I guess some patience is required? Exercise is great. I will do that more too. The only side effect I experienced before when exercising and eating a lot of fruit is having diarrhea. Is this because of the sheer volume and fiber I was taking in?
+Eat Sleep Surf you're very welcome, and great to hear our candida video was helpful too :) You shouldn't be having blood sugar spikes if you keep fats to 10%. Perhaps you're having more fats than you think... use cronometer to track your macros and make sure you're eating 80/10/10. We'd say eat cooked carbs as well... even something as simple as steamed or baked potatoes with salad... it makes a difference. Try doing Raw Till 4 - the best of both worlds ;) Also, exercise is important... it will help move that sugar through the body faster. Thanks again for watching.
4 Tips to Naturally Improve Your Gallbladder & Digestion of Fats
//draxe.com If your gallbladder has been removed, these tips are going to help you transform your digestive health and your ability to digest fats. If your ...
Thank you. I have only begun my journey. Haven't even had my gallbladder
out yet but will in the next few months. Insurance companies, ya know?
Uhhhhhhhgggg. I have chronic pancreatitis from having, chronic
cholecystitis. I have no doubt, my being about a hundred pounds overweight,
didn't help. I have a lot of gravity if, ya know what I'm saying. I wanted
to go ahead and start making the changes now. I hurt so bad. I never eat
unless it's liquid or super tiny. Fat KILLS me. My husband can feel the
gallbladder, jump. No kidding. I have been juicing to get maximum nutrients
and good stuff. I think, adding these supplements would help. I was
wondering, as far as a daily vitamins supplement, do you recommend a liquid
or pill? I feel as though, liquid would be the best way to go as I can't
absorb vitamins and minerals as well anymore. Thank you so much for your
time. I love your videos. You just might help me save my life.
+Duckie Chick If you can get treatment that does not remove your gall bladder I would exhaust those avenue. There is a condition call bile salt malabsorbtion that comes from not having a gall bladder and it is terrible. Do some research and consider carefully having a removal if you have any other option.
Great tips :) I have gallstone but been able to keep my gallbladder without
pain and THAT was the first thing I was told to take out was the oil. I use
herbs to heal my gallbladder and liver,I started to take a much higher dose
of good quality Probiotics and what a difference! I only eat good quality
meat mostly chicken and lots of vegetables as well as a little juicing and
that seems to help as well. Is there anything else you would recommend when
you still have your gallbladder and it seems to be working other then just
gallstones in it? Should I take the Ox Bile as well even if I still have my
gallbladder?
+Dedda616 I'm in the same situation as you as far as gallstones, diet etc. I have heard several times that ox bile is important for bile. I've also heard that taking 1-3 Tbsp sunflower lecithin/day helps (put in juice or shakes etc). B6 is important for bile (nutritional yeast in a drink is great for that or just take a supplement). Dehydrated beet root is also excellent to take prior to consuming fat - I put it into water with lemon and stevia so it tastes great actually. Of course I juice beets as much as possible (takes so much time but worth it). A few tablespoons of apple cider vinegar raw is great in water - I drink it 24/7, to which I add liposomal C and ultima replenisher so it tastes wonderful too. I'm sure you know you can just add raw honey to it, maybe a little Ceylon cinnamon. Ceylon is far superior to other forms of cinnamon well it's just good for everything including masking negative flavors. Someone told me a simpler way to remove gallstones: lay off fats for 6 days or so, then in the evening drink 4 oz. pure lemon juice and 4 oz olive oil, mixed good. It went down fine for me ater I added lots of stevia and raspberry flavored ultima replenisher. My friend who tried this said she expelled hundreds of stones (confirmed by a medical doctor that they were indeed gallstones); however, when I tried it I got zero stones - go figure! Maybe by now I just have gallbladder sludge ? Anyway, I hope this helps and keep juicing - good for you!
If your gallbladder has been removed, these tips are going to help you
transform your digestive health and your ability to digest fats.
If your gallbladder has not been removed, these tips will still apply since
most people today have a gallbladder that does not function at 100%, or as
well as it should.

How to Improve Digestion
How did I improve my digestion? By accident! I became vegan, and before I knew it the problems I had suffered my whole life had disappeared, never to return.
i just had some cheese for the first time in a couple weeks and it bloated
me worse than the (vegan) cupcake (with gluten) i also had today
and i've been avoiding gluten for almost a year....
obviously i know where the real bloating comes from now!
Tumeric tumeric tumeric! To help my stomach I make a ginger tea with
tumeric powder and it helps calm my tummy right away! Tumeric is amazing
for so many things in your body besides digestion!
Awesome video! I've been experimenting with turmeric drinks. I made one
with ginger and lemon juice and a little agave sweeter. And, another with
almond milk, nutmeg and cinnamon. So good! Have you ever tried these?
Yes. Tonight we juiced beets, ginger and turmeric..really potent, but I know it's very good for us. My dad says that's going to be his new tonic for when he wakes up in the morning.
+Teen Vegan Mmmm, sounds so good. I make some turmeric drinks like that too. So yummy and healthy :)
