I thought of this video right here yesterday. We just got back from being
out to sea and I slept about 5 hrs per night for 3 nights. Last night
inport I had the 2-7am watch. Although dead tired, instead of going to bed
before watch and trying to sleep, I pushed through my exhausting 5x5
workout; to include squats,bench AND barbell rows. Basically, I manned up
and got the job done....by remembering this video and deciding to do it.

Ok...thanks for the info about working out while tired. I'm in the Navy
(US) and when we're underway I average about 5-6 hours of sleep per
day...and some days just skip. But I'm not dead...I just need to push
myself a bit more, even if it means less sleep occasionally. (I know...6
hours isn't enough to for muscle growth...but that's just reality while
onboard ship.)

My brother is picking me up in 5 hours for arms session in the morning (I won't get a chance otherwise this week as I'm traveling). Sometimes you do what you gotta do! Solid wisdom man. I tend to think that if lifting leads to
self-confidence, then great. But if not, it's probably something of a
"misallocation of resources" if all you're after is girls hah!

I notice that because I start from braids I have bumps in my locs, and I
have curly hair when the hair locs over the curls can look bumpy, but I
don't mind the texture of my locs I find it to be very unique. I love your
make up!! Do you do makeup tutorials?
yours will get smooth soon because I started my locks the same way and had
a few bumps as well. I do makeup tutorials if I get a lot of requests to do

When i retwist my hair I braid it and let it dry for about three days then
after a day or two they start to untwist I think its because I continuously
play with it but I'm not sure any tips
Texture can also cause bumpy locs. It used to bother me before but not at
all now. But yes your right, palm rolling in moderation is the key. Good
