I'm not a bacon person but I bet it would be good in that frittata! You can
try to plan meals for the 2nd week that use veggies that last longer, like
potatoes, yams, squash... I struggle with lots of veggies not lasting as
long as I want them to. I freeze some things when fresh like bell peppers.
Other things I just buy frozen - corn and sometimes green beans. HTH :)
I've added the frittata to our menu list for next week. I would love to
have more vegetarian meals but I think we're meat eaters through and
through. Plus I try to absolutely avoid shopping every week and plan for 2
weeks at a time. Any tips on making veggies last longer?
It has everything - desserts, appetizers, main dishes, drinks. I really
like it. It's the second book from the author but I havent' seen the first.
She also has a blog that has a bunch of recipes to give you an idea of the
range - it's called crockpot365 on blogspot. :)
Normally we get Costco's "Ultimate Fish Sticks". They are awesome. This
time, they are cheapies from the regular grocery where they were BOGO. The
brand is maybe Gorton's? Even tighter than usual budget these days. :)
I've just found a cumin potato recipe that is super delicious it must be
the week for great potatoes lol yummy meals though from you and I want to
