I just graduated with a BS in Nutrition and Dietetics. Literally, most
people that come up to me say "Make me a diet plan." I'm so glad you said
they don't work. Meal plans are good for suggestions or maybe a rough idea;
but, to just say here is what you eat at breakfast, lunch, and dinner just
doesn't work in the long run. I always say that I want to give people the
tools to be able to make better choices. Props to you for pointing that out
