desrt33 Again and again you prove that you can't read. So sad. :(I have answered your question. What does sugar do in the body? It does many things. Now answer mine: 8. +desrt33 8. Do you still need help in becoming less of an idiot? Because i really think you do. :)9. Do you like having people lick and spit on your donuts?1. Certain regions of the refugee list has to be kept a secret since it can potentially be dangerous to reveal.2. I attended Boston College and my real name is Jamcoon Dindu, I'm sorry that you don't understand that that is my real name. :(3. Wrong. I never attended a Somali language predominant school. I still learned Somali, but it was secondary to my english. Again, as I stated before, my parents spoke to me primarily in English.5. Already answered that, unless you don't know how to read. I answered it the same way you answered mine. What does sugar to the body? It does many things.6. Google translated to "Chai training gundam?" Lol, i don't speak Japanese nimrod.7. I have also forwarded your account to the Special Mentally Handicapped Department of Criminal Investigation . I have forwarded your youtube account info to them and am cooperating with their investigation. 8. I currently live at 13 Branchland Court, Ruckersville, Virginia.
Ven Atta 1. The dean of student admissions at BC says there is no such thing as a refugee student. 2. According to the dean of student admissions there has never been a student from the country of Somalia at their college. So legal name, random name, internet name, meme name... makes no difference. You do not exist at Boston College and never did. ;)3. Your first language is the main language of your country, otherwise you would not be able to communicate in school properly or with the rest of the people in your country. 4. There is no degree in personal development at Boston College. 5. What does sugar do in the body?6. チャイニングガンダム?7. The dean of admissions says you're a fraud and is going to give your information to the FBI regarding terrorist activity.. I have forwarded your youtube account info to them and am cooperating with their investigation. 8. Where do you currently live?
desrt33 1. Yes they do have such thing as a refugee student.2. I am on the list, might be under my birth name.3. English is my first language because my parents spoke English and wanted me to learn it as a first language, since they see no hope in Somalia.4. There is a degree for Personal development.5. Who said it was a fabrication?6. Many things.7. What does Asians have to do with anything?8. Do you still need help in becoming less of an idiot? Because i really think you do. :)9. Do you like having people lick and spit on your donuts?
Ven Atta 1. According to BC, there is no such thing as a "refugee student."2. BC receives grants from the federal gov and as such, all their records are listed publicly. All students since 1935 are accessible. You my friend are not on the list. 3. You said English is your first language and yet you were born in Africa. You offer no explanation for this discrepancy.4. There are no degree programs for "personal development."5. Resorting to name calling when challenged on a story that appears to be fabricated is very telling. ;)6. What does sugar do in the body?7. What are your thoughts on Asians?
desrt33 I attended Boston college as a refugee student, so i was probably listed in a different category. Also I doubt you have access to every person who attended Boston College. I don't have to rectify anything since your just some asshole on the internet talking out of his ass. Please let me help you as I am a personal development trainer. We can start with some basic skills like how not to be an idiot.
Ven Atta Please rectify English being your first language and being born in Somalia. There is no record of a Jamcoon Dindu attending Boston College, please explain.
Well, I was born in Somalia and lived there for many years. Then the white men came and killed my family, and i fled to America as a refugee. I cannot link the degree as youtube does not allow me to post links. But you can find it if you google "Boston College - Human Resources and Personal Development".My name is Jamcoon Dindu.
Ven Atta So you're from Somalia but your first language is English? That's interesting... Tell me more about how that transpired. I'm not familiar with any degrees titled: Human Resources and Personal Development. Send me a link to a degree program with that title because it sounds very interesting and I would like to get information about it. What kind of degree is it and what college did you attend?
desrt33 Haha thats pretty funny. Ok, i'll play along, I am from Somalia, and I have a degree in Human Resources and Personal Development. I should also be able to help you, what with my Personal Development skills and all.
Ven Atta Ok, now that we've established that....What is your country of origin and educational background?I feel this will allow me to understand how best to help you.
desrt33 How did i verify your answer? If you eat at a caloric deficit, you will lose weight eventually. Not that hard to understand.Do you posses logical reasoning?
Ven Atta I'm sorry that you didn't understand my answer. :(Your answer actually verified my answer, not yours. You seem confused. Is English your first language?
desrt33 "Yes, it is possible to lose weight by eating 1000 calories worth of Twinkies per day. It is also possible to gain weight. It is also possible to neither gain or lose weight but to simply maintain. " is a pretty meaningless answer, basically all you are saying is "i don't know, sure it could cause loss, or gain, or maintenance, but i really don't know the basic ins and outs of thermodynamics". The correct answer is: Although a calorie deficit, which is burning off more calories than you eat, almost always results in weight loss, a calorie deficit doesn’t guarantee you’ll lose weight -- at least not at first. To lose 1 pound of body weight, an energy deficit of 3,500 calories, or 500 calories daily for seven days, is required.
desrt33 No one is going to reject common sense and read that giant wall of text you spammed. Honestly, not to point out the big elephant in the room, but the real question everyone is wondering is why you haven't, ehem, put that plastic bag over you know what. C'mon... do it.
desrt33 Fact: by eating at a caloric deficit, regardless if what you eat, you will lose weight.Do you honestly believe that you wont lose weight if you eat 1000 calorie deficit diet of twinkies a day?
desrt33 listen, no one is saying that you should kill yourself. but if you were going to do it, just buy some helium and duct tape a big bag around your head and then blow in the helium through the small remaining opening on the bottom to displace the air. It will be painless and you have to admit, the world would be a better place. Just something to consider. If not, go eat nothing but 65 sugar packets a day, and tell us how much weight you are gaining.
Ven Atta 1. It's customary when having an adult conversation to answer that which has been asked of you before moving onto a new topic. You seem to not understand basic social conventions. 2. You effectively answered a question with a question of which was off topic. I found it amusing that you used the term "question dodging" when the very act of answering a question with a question IS in fact "question dodging." Must have been a freudian slip, eh? ;)3. Accusing someone of "acting like a kid" and telling them to "grow up" is and of itself a form of childish communication. Kind of ironic, eh? ;)4. I'm more than happy to answer your query. Yes, it is possible to lose weight by eating 1000 calories worth of Twinkies per day. It is also possible to gain weight. It is also possible to neither gain or lose weight but to simply maintain. There are many factors that go into weight loss/gain including but not limited to age, sex, height, weight, location, disease status, physical activity, insulin levels/resistance, glycogen levels in the liver, etc., etc. 5. What does sugar do in the body? Here is the part of the conversation where the debater is separated from the educator. I am here to educate and dispel myths and old science. What are you here to do?
desrt33 Answer my question: do you honestly believe that you wont lose weight if you eat 1000 calorie deficit diet of twinkies a day? So you are just going to act like a kid and try to dodge my question by asking me that eh? Grow up. Bottom line is, that you would agree that eating 1000 calories of twinkies at a calorie deficit will lead to weight loss.
Ven Atta *100 calories of twinkie is the exact same as 100 calories of lean turkey, the only difference is that you get a lot more nutrition from turkey.*False. You can find all the info you need by doing a simple Google search. Start by researching the effects that sugar (frutose) have on the body and go from there. Educate yourself.
desrt33 When it comes to PURE weight loss (not factoring in muscle vs. fat, body composition, overall health, physical performance, or energy levels), eating fewer calories than you burn every day will be the chief part of the equation.Eat less than you burn: lose weight. If you want to lose some fat and gain muscle mass as well as improve your overall health, then the types of foods will definitely matter. From an energy standpoint 100 calories of twinkie is the exact same as 100 calories of lean turkey, the only difference is that you get a lot more nutrition from turkey. I can guarantee that the same person can lose WEIGHT (not fat) eating at a calorie deficit, regardless of whether or not the calories come from healthy foods or Twinkies.
desrt33 I know what you're thinking, but I'm not your daddy. There are lots of guys that like asian women, but I'm sure if you keep asking strangers on the internet you'll find which one seeded your mom eventually. Best of luck junior.
DumbDuck44 If you don't mind me asking Duck, how old are you? Do you like Asian women?I've noticed you spend quite a lot of time using the word "fatty." Can you explain why?
desrt33 Raise your hand if you're an Engineering major and have an understanding of physics... Grow up tubby and some day when you make it into a small town community college you might recognize how little you know.
DumbDuck44 Welcome to 2015, time traveler from the 1950's. While you're hear, might I suggest you spend some time researching the plethora of information we gathered over the past 60 years.
desrt33 Calories are calories when it comes to weight, just not healthiness. You can have vitamin, mineral, and protein deficiencies, but calories are calories are calories. If you burn 2000 calories a day and you eat 2,500 calories of raw veggies you will gain weight. If you were to eat 1,500 calories of snickers bars you would lose weight. Fact is, 2,500 calories of raw veggies is a HUGELY more bulky amount of food than 1,500 calories of snickers bars. That's what seems to confuse people. But no. A calorie is a calorie is a calorie. Its literally a measure of energy, and if you consume less energy than you burn you WILL lose weight as a matter of simple physics, even if she were eating 1,500 calories of pure sugar packets. The only added problem of consuming purely sugar is that she'd likely have diarrhea and iron deficiency and so forth making her if anything lose even more weight.
