Wow last week I was in a meeting & my my the detox hit big time. I had
severe nausea.I was in shock it hit so fast I could not focus. I wanted to
get up to go to throw up but was weak and worried I would fall out or barf
on all near. So I hung in there and went to get Soul Food yes I said food
because I felt so sick.I thought that It was hunger pains so I went to the
nearest Soul Food resturant and got Potatoe salad & BBQ Ribs! I was out of
control! But now I am back on board day 5 of my fast:D
I've heard that u will go thru detox on a juice fast but never really
prepared myself for it when i attempted my first fast a month ago. Lets
just say it knocked me on my butt, i experienced the cold/flu like symptoms
by my 3rd day and needless to say, i reverted back to cooked foods. I have
started my fast today and im in it to win, detox will not catch me slipping
this time!
this is what has me putting a pause on juicing... i have a 2 yr old and she
is very very active. i have had migrains w/ her and she will sometimes look
at me and sympathize w/ me by laying next to me, but other times she will
just be her and i cant get mad at that..i know taking pain meds is not the
best way to deal w/ the symptoms, but what else can be done?

AWESOME INTERVIEW!!! INSIDE OUT POSITIVE LIFESTYLE HEALTH CHANGE JOURNEY!!!
Thanks! Especially in reference to vibrating pulses inside the body, and
not wanting to leave this lifestyle ever again. I'm happy these points were
exposed along the others, mentally, spiritually. I have explained this to
those around me and can tell they are skeptical or not understanding of
those things I, like others, describe. As you, I'm exited for this couple
as well. Again, thanks. Love, Peace God bless
Great video. My results from my juice fast where the same as the couple in
the video. It's totally amazing how much it changes you, your mind, your
emotions and your physical body. Had headaches for the first couple of days
and then the natural high came and I really didn't want to get off of the
juice fast. Once your brain is detoxed there is a huge difference in how
you emotionally feel and how your brain processes info.
@yellowratbassterd raw food is closer connection with our complete
unadulterated natural state, so naturally we become more in touch with
ourselves and to be more in touch with our true true self means being more
pure and spiritual and thus we feel the presence of the universe and the
one upstairs :)
10 year raw vegan 2 year raw foodist . I teach yoga as well . It is not a
cure all as some say I do struggle daily with aches n pains . It does have
it s perks mAybe I will live longer; )
I'm on day 27 of my juice fast... It's been nothing but good... my energy
is up & I've lost 21 pounds so far during that time... Raw food juice
fasting is good!
A great way to start a healthier new year... drink Green Juice! With a handful of organic greens and basic vegetables, we make fresh juice within minutes. All you ...
There are ways that you can clean the veggies...not everyone can afford
organic. My friend has lost 50lbs in less than 3 months by doing a juice
feast and exercising. Some days she juices and some days she does the green
smoothies and never uses organic....ever! (Not in her budget) She did her
research, found ways to clean it and she is reaping the benefits. Her hair
has grown even longer and is very healthy, her skin looks fab and the weight
is coming off! Like you said, its better than Micky D's
Here's a tip. If you can't get a better juicer that uses an auger style
then when you are juicing greens..simply use a blender and pour it in a nut
bag and squeeze all the juice out. You will get a much higher yeild as the
Juiceman jr doesn't do well with leaves and otehr greens. It's good to
start with but if your serious twin or single auger style masticating will
give you MUCH higher yeilds of juice :) WHich means a lot to me as I live
in Alaska and produce costs INSANE amounts of money.
Interesting video. Juiceman Jr. is a pretty good juicer compared to others
under $150.!! I just bought 3 used popular brand juicers at a Goodwill to
test them for making a video. I will buy more & when I find them & test
them too. I paid $4. for each, I like the Juiceman Jr.best 'cause pulp is
quite dry, compared to the others & it hasn't clogged up the works like the
others did. We're talking about wasting 50 cents a day. I make big pots of
vegie spagetti over zucchini noodles with the pulp
I tell myself that any veg, even NONorg is WAY better than say processed
Lean Cuisine, Amys frozen meals, drivethru Subway, Arby's and of course
that other place: McD. ALL which I could easily eat instead. I would so use
that organic excuse all the time as a reason for NOT having juices! I
believe the bads of the processed foods outweigh the bads of the NONorganic
produce and therefore I still get a benefit from ALL the produce I use
regardless of it being organic or not.Just MY opinion.
Walmart has 2 juicers of good quality. one is $29.00 and the other larger
one is $50.00 I checked out the blades and took them apart in the store to
inspect them. my juicer is 20 years old and worn out by far compared to the
nice sharp blades on Walmart juicer,I think the small 29.00 one would be
perfect for two people to use on a regular basis just some FYI for those
who have to watch their pennies! Also try to use local grown organic if you
can find it..Eyes Of The Messenger Dot C O M
Don't be too worried about saliva. The only thing to digest the stuff in
the plants is salivary amylase. Amylase only works in a higher pH; once it
gets down to the stomach it stops working. As soon as the juice hits the
duodenum, pancreatic amylase comes and digests the nutrients which are then
absorbed through the walls of the duodenum, jejunum and ileum. So no
worries if you don't chew all the way - your body is smart and will take
care of you as long as you're taking care of it!
thanx for the video, one thing though, the pesticides is going onto the
fiber so if you drink the juice(better with an extractor than juicer), it
will be fine, plus the more you drink these kind of juices, the more your
body gain strength and can get rid of any pesticides and toxines
personnally i don't have enough money to eat on a daily basis fully raw
only fruits and vegetables and because i need a lot of them, this is the
best "substitute way" i have found yet and it works
i have a very inexpensive juicer made by black and decker similar to your
juicer but i align my waste container with a cheesecloth to catch the pulp
so after im done juicing, i can squeeze out more juice into my mason
jar(s). this way i find that for someone on a budget like myself just
getting into juicing fruits & veggies for detoxing, cleansing, and better
living can get close to the same results as some of the higher priced
juicers. just some friendly advice!
Thank you for Sharing your vid. I've seen ppl use the pulp for making
crackers in the dehydrator -- esp. since you've used those delicious
organic veggies. I'm with StarFlower -- I don't have all those wonderful
organics avail and would use that as an excuse to not eat better -- but I
figure my body is benefitting from juicing versus not juicing. I will
definite use the screen to get less foam. Thanks for the tip.
Totally disagree that juicing non organic produce is not worthwhile. What a
really ridiculous statement to make. In fact from my experience lots of non
organic produce on sale is in fact grown organically and the producers just
can't afford certification. Also some produce is of course sprayed with
chemicals, but minimally so and these can be washed off with a good rinsing
product.
where exactly did you find the information that all the food used in the
juice has to be organic? I'm not going to agree or disagree but this does
seem far fetched since nutrients get destroyed due cooking the food and
your body produces white blood cells when the cooked food enters your body.
This research was proven almost 100 years ago in the 1920's by a swiss dr.
I totally agree that folks should start their juicing with what they can
afford. Start with what you can afford and juice organic greens, berries
etc. Eventually you will want to maximize the amount of juice you get from
your produce and will want to size up to a better juicer. I use the Omega
8004 and love it...easy to clean and puts out really fry pulp.. Just do it!
