The cost factor with eating healthy is what has kept me from buying food
that's good for my family and me, but then I thought about it, it's gotta

food choices. If not there are some web sites that will tell you where to
get the best low costs fruits and veggies in your area. I saw it Dr. Oz but
I'm not sure which ones. You can try googling it. I know what you mean
about getting to the next level in weight loss. It's exciting to get to a
place you haven't seen in years. Congrats! Also, please be careful about
going back to solids during liquid/juice fasts. That can be really harmful

wegiht. Her video will help start beginners off with video1 or 2 or you
have the more advance video3 and 4. I like it I hope you will to, they sell
in retail stores for as low as $10.00 upto $20.00 or you can get them on
amazon .com from as low as $5.00 upto $10.00 a piece or a double video set.

I really would love some good juicing recipes. I juiced one time and didn't
peel the grapefruit and it was bad lol. but if I would have peeled them the
combo I did was great. oranges,grapefruit,carrots,romaine lettuce,zucchini
and apples

I did these for a while last night finally but I didn't count them. I
almost locked my jaw once and that hurt but I will keep trying. I don't
have a huge double chin, but it's like my nemesis and I'm ready for it to
be gone, lol.
Insanity works wonders. I've been strugling with me weight forever and
insanity is the deal. I am pretty sure it will burn that fat off. Give it a

How long did it take you to lose the double chin? I tried doing these last

you can do stationary jumping jacks where you dont actually JUMP do
everything else move your feet and arms the same way u would but dont jump
it hurts my twins too much LOL

I do t know why you seem to be hesitant about deadlifting, my guess is that you think it stunts your growth considering you mentioned your height, but just to let you know deadlifts and squats DO NOT stunt your growth, so start deadlifting son
