Great informative video! I am thinking about starting the 21 day fix
program because my doctor informed me that I must lose 75 pounds. I met a
coach when I went to the lab for my blood work . She was awesome, no
pressure just great advice on learning how to eat to live verses living to
eat. She loss 60 pounds herself!!! Congratulations to you and your

Hi Autumn! I'm trying to conceive, and I'm in moderate shape fitness wise.
Of course I know I need to ask my doctor, but in your experience as a
pre/post natal trainer, is it ok to continue on 21DF or 21DFX throughout
pregnancy, if I started the program before I got pregnant? Thanks!
+ordinarygirlkay Yes, I'm using it and I think it's awesome. There's a modifier and ways to increase the intensity and challenge within the videos. I wasn't ready for all the jumping in Extreme. I plan to do 3 - 4 rounds of regular fix and then order Extreme. Hope that helps.
is there a certain times a week you should be doing 10 minute hard
core if your not doing the ultimate kit can i do my initial daily
work out and 10 minutes hard core at the same time or does my body
need to rest before doing the hard core work out
Question: I am not a huge pop fan.. But once in a while I like to enjoy a
ginger ale more for a bubbly drink. What do you suggest as a replacement?
Or is a ginger ale okay once in a while? Thank You!
Question: is it better to do a full range of motion and less reps or more
reps and not as full of a range of motion? For example, some of the ones
where your knee is supposed to go close to the ground.... I slow down by
about 4 reps when I'm doing the full range of motion and actually getting
my knee super close to the ground. But when I do something closer to what
maybe Cat is doing and going maybe 3/4 of the way, I'm getting
significantly more reps in.
I think that would fall under form too! THe stronger you get the more flexible and able to go further into a squat or closer to the ground. You'll get there!! :0)
I don't know that it's a matter of form per se. I'm still keeping my heel off the ground. It's just a question of range of motion. Or does that fall under form too?
Your form should be the fist thing you focus on. If your form is on, then eventually you will go up in your reps.
