Both me and my partner are post op for over ten years we both have very conflicting views on. are op,s for me was life saving as it made me able to see my self and have confidence but for my other half she hates her GRS It,s left her unable to enjoy sex or to see her self in any positive light .

SRS - the holy grail of gender transition from male to female? Yes, that is so spot on hon! Maybe we should considering surgeries the pan-ultimate achievement and instead focus on the real journey we go through: The journey inside of us, to find our true self. Isn't that what people in general strive for?
