I cured my ibs and it took like 2 months but. Without any fucking stupid
fodmap or any sort of dieting. I am not sure about this 21 days water
dieting
It's irritating and uncomfortable when my skin becomes itchy and skin rash
shows up. Plus the most difficult is to be told that dermatitis isn't
curable!
ive tried nuts and seeds but if i have a larg amount it make sme ill, the amountg that wont effect me is like a tea spoon but some nuts and seeds effect me more. Ive tryed ground flax but it doesnt work :( ground flax is better than flax seed because by nature the body cant breeak down nuts and seeds, thats why they end up in our poop., i use no cream, so soap, well the soap i use is sold at a helath market. you can find soaps herehttps://www.drbronner.com/everyone is diffent, what works for one person may not work 4 u, they say lavander is great 4 skin problems..... unless ur allergic to it like me. the onset of my exzema is unknown, i saw EVERY dr, from dermo, allergest, stomach doctors and much more,. i finnaly realized they all tell me diffrent things, they have diffrent ides but in the end I know MYSELF. what i changed was my diet. my skin was better, even tho blood tests said i have no allergies.... yet the drs perscribed an epi pen, because im deff allergic.. to something but its unknown...the tests said im not allergic the blood test they use tests if ur goig to die and ur air way closes up it doesnt measure sinsitivities. so what im tryingh to say is trust yourself be ur own dr, read expearment, also it could be a vitamian difincency, or hormone imbalance, theirs factors and answers toeed to why someone is sick, they just need to find them.
Did you mean you eat no nuts AND no seeds? So even ground flax seed is out? You cured the eczema on your face completely? Did any facial creams help for you? What did you wash your face with? If you notice a breakout is that bad or are you simply detoxing?
i eat no grains, legumes, or nuts seeds. i eat fruits vegetables and get plenty of protein, and nutrients. everyone is diffrent their body require diffrent needs, just because the diet i do wont work the same for u, keep a food log the food and the time yoiu ate,, ANYTHING you put in your mouth log it date time and food, note any symptoms like tired, constipated, ect... youll notice a pattern or food and symptoms thyat are related.i still eat this way a lifestyle change is required inorder to mainain my health. inbox me if u want more info <3
drs told me id have 2 live with my dermititis and have to take steroids for life, topical, oral and shots of steroids.... i started doing research about holistic healing looked up red skin syndrome related to steroids, and began changing my diet , my eczema is GONE!!!!!!! and i saw every freaking dr possible who said i cant change it pfft YOU can its a matter if YOU WANT <3
Sounds like u had a candida overgrowth problem. Ibs, excema and angular
cheilitis is caused by candida overgrowth. Of course u feel better and your
symptoms cleared up. You starved out the yeast.
drink at least 12 cups of water every day to reduce skin problems like dry
skin and eczema. you must also eat fruits and vegetables.
stop eating eggs, milk, bread, biscuits, any processed food, processed
sugar, bread, pizza, dry food like nuts and seeds, rice as they are hard to
digest.
after 1 or 2 weeks your skin will feel amazing
hi lorenodd question to ask but are there any plants i can put in my bedroom that will help increase oxygen levels and clean the air?i live near a busy road which i think is very bad for my skin and health. having plants in my bedroom could help me. thank you for your reply.
+hyylo Hi hyylo, There are many approaches to health and as long as one has improved conditions over where they were before, better health should result. Having said that, there's no question in my mind that what we offer here is far more powerful than what's offered by Gerson or Hippocrates, both of which are off the mark in my opinion in various ways.
