I know fresh fruits and vegetables are better for you, but with how I get
paid and buy groceries, pay bills etc. etc. its hard for me to keep fresh
fruit and veggies because they go bad before I can buy more. Will this
still work with canned fruits and veggies if they are packed in water
instead of syrup?

Hi, I have injured my wrist at work and all the movements have been
restricted henceforth, I had to quit the gym and the doctor is not sure by
when I would restore the strength for the exercises. Can you please suggest
me some exercises that I can either do at the gym or at the house without
hurting my hand at all. Exercises that can really help me drop significant

+prachi sharma You can do anything that is not weight bearing on you hands. So you be limited to to lower body (squats, lunges, deadlifts, bridges) and ab workouts. Cardio wise you can go running, and create your own HIIT workouts. Jumping squats, lateral lunges, high knee runs, jumping jacks etc.
+Cupklcaker X You can if you have the weight to loose. You don't want to burn your muscle mass just fat. So that would depend on what your body fat % is etc.
hey kristen i have a question.....after 15 to 20 minutes of my workout
session can i drink a normal glass of sugarcane juice? no sugar or any
kinda flavors are added into it

swear thats the only dairy product that i use...and besides its skimmed
most of the fat is extracted already before....so what do you think can i

+Vish Vish Milk it a tricky one and is debatable. When it comes to skim milk, without the fat in it, you may not be able to absorb the nutrients, and many companies having been adding sugar to skim milk to make it taste better (and you don't know about it). Unless you can get milk from a trust worthy farm where cows are not being treated with hormones, I stay away form it. But it's your choice. This is just my research and what I believe works.
You need to eat clean, lean and green foods. Avoid processed foods and foods with added sugar. And you need to exercise daily. You do need to be disciplined with yourself but you can do it!

I hope you reached your goal but if not, I drank hot salt water in the am followed by 3 16oz bottles of purified water mixed with organic maple syrup, lemon juice & cayenne pepper. At night I drank tea called smoothe moove. I did that for 11 days. The hardest thing I've ever done to lose weight and it sucked but I definitely lost weight from it.
+Beauty Geek It's the master cleanse, you only drink water with lemon juice and cayanne pepper. You also drink three glasses of salt water in the morning (you can leave that part out because it's nasty, but you might not loose as much weight)

Hey Adrian Bryant! I saw this workout and saw how passionate and serious
you were in your workout routine. I've been suffering through suicidal
depression for a little while and my therapist told me that while he can
keep giving me pills to help me the best medicine is exercise. So when I do
that 2nd set in your video I dont picture a serial killer or a dog coming
to kill me; I picture suicidal depression coming to get me and that scares
me now more than anything. I'm doing this workout to survive now and sadly
I couldnt manage to get through the first set but I'm going to try again
tomorrow and I'm gonna make it!

I have a question. So I am doing your high intensity workout for last 1
month and also I am eating right too. But for some reason I can't see any
difference. So today I tried 40 mins walk at the pace of 4.5 rpm and burn
almost a Same amount of calories. My question is should I try to walk at
the same pace for throughout 40 to 45 mins instead of doing interval
training?
+Adrian Bryant I am eating 1500 calories or less. So just so let you know I started your workout on 1st August and at the end of August I checked my weight was moved from 204 to 194. Should I keep doing this? Also is it fine if I do this everyday because I really like it. Last thing I don't have an elliptical so I am using treadmill.
