Tour of Parathyroid Center at Tampa General Hospital
Parathyroid center at Tampa General Hospital- Dr. James Norman shows patients where to go after scheduling a parathyroid operation. Driving to Tampa ...
I give Dr. James Norman 5 stars!!!! Dr. Norman removed a tumor from one of
my parathyroid in 2010 and would recommend ANYONE to seek his service if
your blood calcium levels are high. My PCP, here in Raleigh, was not
concerned at all that my calcium levels had been high for the past several
years. If it would not have been for me discovering Dr. James Norman's web
site, www.parathyroid.com , I shutter to think if I'd even been here
today. By the time that I discovered that I had hyperparathyroidism, I'd
developed osteoporosis and many other medical problems. My bones had been
hurting so bad that I worried that I had bone cancer. Dr. Norman and his
team had me in and out of the surgery and discharged in less than 4 hours.
He even called me a few times during the next few days to check on me. If
you want the very best care, I recommend that you go to Dr. James Norman.
People come from all over the world to for his expertise and I understand
why. God bless Dr. James Norman and his team!! I will always sing their
praises!!!
My one regret as I readied myself for the flight to Tampa was that I was
"going it alone". My dearest friend sat with me and we watched this before
I went down. When I was there it was as if she were at my side. And every
staff member from Dr. Jim on to the orderly who wheeled me to my Sestamibi
scan made me feel totally safe and at home. And how cool a facility and how
neat to know every turn of the hallways as I walked in at 5 am... and it
was just as you see... the very best that could be.
Every MD who runs a surgical practice should watch this and learn. The
procedure itself is well documented in the literature and here in numerous
videos, but this video is something special in itself.
What a great way to alleviate fear for the patient! Great video!
