Love you lots Kiki and I'm going to try this! Hopefully I can gracefully
get my legs down off the wall, I don't want to look like a dead bug when
I'm done...he, he! XO, Grasshopper P. S. I love the dry brushing you taught
us in one of your past videos and my cellulite has really improved too!
I haven't done yoga before but this looks like something that even I can
accomplish! I have had thyroid problems in the past and want to do
everything that may prevent more problems in the future! Thank you so
much!!!
Take this first thing in the morning before you eat - after your dry brush,
shower etc. if you have a rushed morning, take it before dinner - early
evening - on an emptyish stomach,...let me know how it goes..Kiki

Hi Kiki, what time of the day do you advice to do Sarvangasana? AM or PM,
how to space it with meals? Thank you, sunshine for your endless knowledge
sharing
The best thing, other than her acting, that I liked about Renee Zellweger
were her eyes! I thought she had a great look...now? She had a unique
look, she was pretty, special...now?
Renée's facial features were beautiful and reflect her Sami ancestry (The
indigenous people of Arctic Scandinavia). It's a shame that "society" can
make you ashamed of who you are... She was a rare beauty...
I agree completely. She didn't have an average face. She was nice and lovely with her squinty eyes that gave a special light to her face. The main point is that she decided to change the shape of her eyes. The result is a woman who doesn't look younger at all with a shy smile on a sad face that lost her light. If you look carefully at Oscar Ceremony 2013 you will notice that something was changing and not for the better. Her eyes were a bit wider than before. Anyway she looked younger in 2013 than with this new face on 2014.
