looks like the problem has to something to do with installous 5. i restored my 4s and tried protube first then installed all tweaks one by one and tested it after each then it stopped working after downloading installous 5. and removing installous 5 won't solve the problem becuase it has allready changed core files and downloaded about 4 other tweaks with it inorder to make it work. im sure that if some1 knows what their doing can go into expert mode packages and remove the problem 2 make it wrk

Ok, so sorry for all these questions, but I'm new to this kind of stuff, so I have a few questions. First, can I get this on my 2nd gen iPod? Second, does my iPod have to be jailbroken? And lastly, can you put the videos onto your computer via iTunes>My iPod>Apps>ProTube, or by any way at all? I know you can do that with all those "Free Music Downloader" apps on the marketplace right now. Please answer as soon as possible. Thanks! Cool app, by the way!

@Klekmanfilms Honestly, I don't think it'll work on iPod touch 2nd gen. It does say it works for iOS 4 & iOS 5. Yes, it has to be jailbroken. You can send them via email so if you send them to your computer via email, you can save those vids and then place those on itunes. Or if you know how to extract photos/videos from your camera roll through your computer, you can do it that way too. :] Hope this answers your questions!

@Klekmanfilms I'm sure there are sites on the web to download videos from YouTube bc ppl steal my videos & use them as if they put all the hard work into it... >:/ anyways...it doesn't hurt to Jailbreak! :] you should check out my video on how to jailbreak with redsnow! It's real easy! Do backup beforehand tho just in case something happens :] you can always restore back to normal! :D

If you want to download just music to your iDevice, go to Cydia and download the free app called YouTubeToMp3. With this app, you can download audio files to your actual music library! This app also allows you to change song and artist name before you save it so you can save it to your music library with correct song info! I hope this helped!

@JBTech17 Yes, it does! Thank you! I have a friend with a 4th gen with iOS 4, but unfortunately, it's not jailbroken. So, looks like no ProTube for me :( Would there be any things on the web like a "ProTube download" on a website that I can download, then install on my friends iPod without him jailbreaking it?

@rsm007fication You'll have to go to Cydia and update it. When you open up Cydia, tap on "Changes" tab in the bottom then if there is an update, it will what upgrades are available for the tweaks/apps you have installed in Cydia. :] hope this answers your questions and hope to see ya back! @CairoRipper I believe f its like a VEVO video & stuff, you aren't able to download it. Not quite sure though. Does it happened on every video? If so, I'd suggest to reinstall the app.

I payed for app and it stopped working.. Bullshit wont download mp3 versions anymore.. Get a failed error.. I emailed the creator and he hasnt replied at all.. Fuckn lame!

@iPhone4Gaddict No it doesn't. It allowed me to download plenty MP3's with it having any amount of views. Try reinstalling ProTube again.

that tweak is called livepapers it's free from the bigboss repo and the wallpaper he's using is Nexus LivePaper you can get that free from a cracked source or i believe you have to pay a little for the wallpaper i used that tweak and it's awesome!
