Talking about the latest ranking of diets from US News & World Report. They release this list each year and rank many of the popular diets we've tried in the past ...
Hi baby, havent been on here for a while, just thought I'd see how your
channel's coming along...you still with girlfriend? Wish I could take a
drive up from DC to meet you we would definitely have a good time. I owe
alot of my physical goals that were met to you. You are truly and
inspiration and extremely hot. lol I've never put my pic up on here but if
you email me to [email protected] I would love to email u my pic so
you can finally put a face to all my comments Ive left u..
I've come to the conclusion that if I wouldn't do it every day for the rest
of my life, I'm not gonna do it now. Will I be cutting carbs or counting
macros when I'm 90? Hell no. So why bother doing it now? Could I make
healthy choices and stick to whole foods most of the time while exercising
regularly? Definitely. I lost 85 pounds without counting or measuring a
damn thing simply because I wanted it more than anything else in the world
and I went out and made it happen.
hmm well i dont measure myself except my arms occassionally so arm
circumference was 39 cm flexed. my shoulders are pretty wide but i've no
idea how much exactly.in the last few months i have seen some solid
improvements overall although that inner part of chest is also kind of
lagging but apparently that takes time to fill out.oh i dont count calories
because the foods in my country arent in any common online calculator so i
just use common sense.
I never heard of most of the diets on this list. As someone who is trying
to lose weight and build muscle, I just try to eliminate foods that won't
help me get to those goals. We try to eat as natural as possible and use
moderation. As you said, each person has to look at their lifestyle and
goals and try to find or develop an eating plan that will fit both. ~Khaleef
Sorry to disagree, but the general consensus is, and continues to be, that
excess sodium intake over time increases one's propensity towards
deleterious health conditions with age. Unless you're a competitive
athlete, there's no need for more than 1500 to 2000 mg. per day. Google:
"It’s Time for the Salt Feud to Fade" for one example.
brandon have you ever had some lagging parts.for example my biceps and
forearms are my only weak points and i feel like they throw off the whole
physique.i have tried a lot of different methods and now i'm pretty much
lost.im pretty sure that nutrition isn't the problem since everything else
seems to grow.any suggestions?
yes i follow you but i was speaking in comparison with everything else.for
example i have a solid v taper and my shoulders are pretty big but my
biceps are flat and when i look at the arm from the side it just looks
weird.i only want to be proportional.also i am not looking for bb style
huge biceps just somewhat bigger.
yes except its mostly because of triceps.i know that they are the larger
muscle and they mostly make the size of the arm but my biceps are
definitely lagging.its noticeable especially in t-shirts and tank
tops.maybe i should try switching up the angles for example do incline db
curls and that face down on bench version?
I couldn't find any conclusive studies defending your opinion (didn't spend
much time on it though); you didn't source any. Irregardless, since there's
absolutely no benefit to excess sodium over current recommendations by the
AHA, NEJM, or JAMA, in this case, I'm sticking with less is more. Peace.
I did the biggest loser diet. I was 320 pre diabetic. In a year and a half
i'm 235 no longer diabetic. Lost lot of weigh but did it mainly on diet.
Just started hitting the gym 3 months ago. I noticed I lost loss if my
strength. But adding that diet to a workout regimen is easy and effective
Interesting how once Canola oil, a mostly mono-unsaturated fat, was
considered "healthy". Not only is it highly processed, but I believe its a
GMO product. Why is it so popular? Economics. Its a very cheap Canadian
product, just like the our (US) corn, wheat & soy.
I consider every body part lagging honestly. I think we have an unrealistic
view a lot of times of what's attainable. Have to remember we should be
proportional, so having just really big biceps doesn't fit that mold, if
you follow me.
The general consensus is misinformed, thus the reason I did a video
regarding sodium intake :) Researching peer reviewed studies, you'll find
the majority of them point to sodium being a non factor for those in good
health.
It's so true if you exercise every day you can eat what you like but some
people go overboard they eat the wrong thing all day. an don't loss
anything they don't have any discipline when is come to food. Thanks for
the info
I follow my macros diet, I pinched a nerve behind my neck by the way, no
upper body exercises, only leg presses and calves, if you have more
information please do a video on pinch nerves, thanks brother
I'd only really worry about it if it's continual. Just like riding a bike,
it you take time off it might take a few times to get the hang of it again,
follow me?
I know, hopefully people who always fail on diets come to the conclusion
they just don't want it bad enough, you gotta want it bad, keep up on the
great videos!
Right! Which is why I made the point to take this with a grain of salt. Not
saying I agree with any of the rankings, just thought it was an interesting
read!
Yo Brandon that chicken recipe was amazing in he croc pot, that's gonna be
my new diet for the next while goes amazing with some rice to hit those
macros.
Since you like to reply, I don't want initiate a debate. I'll just conclude
with we agree to disagree.
