some red chili pepper just a little bit if you like it&i prefer to do it as
u did but i add on the inside an boiled crushed eggplant or a chopped
zuchini , just one of them not both and then i put some extravirgin olive
oil and an egg ,soft bread, half onion then i mix all together and try it to

Traditional Nargisi Kofta recipe has a great taste and great Flavor. We can make it in circle or oval shape with stuffing of hard boiled eggs and spicy gravy which ...
I dont understand the language but was able to follow the instructions but
surely would try it.but i want to ask,is it only the fried onion you grind
or did u add some liquid on it?answer plz..
I just watched the nargisi kofta video and despite not speaking Urdu, was
able to follow it. One question: what is the yellow powder you added to the
meat mixture at the beginning? It sounded like "kebab pelo" and looked like
yellowish flour.
Dear Ms Azra, I tried your recipe for Shami Kebab and the result was
excellent. Thank you so much. Tomorrow I will try Nargisi Kofta. Please
keep on adding new dishes, GREAT JOB.

you don't have to add daal or poppy seeds. If you want really soft
meatballs just add white bread sliced soaked in whole milk add it to the
mixture. bake the meatballs.Comes out delicious.
