looking back now i didn't know you did the first 10 weeks like paleo diet!
i did that for 7 months and didn't see any improvements either! you state
in this video that the last couple of weeks have finally kicked in and the
diet is working after all these weeks! its most likely just the last to
weeks since you swapped from a highly acidic diet to a more alkalising
diet! you probably didn't know it back then but I'm sure you do now!

Thank you, self belief, patience and healing diet and you will nail it. Time is not a factor for me, and it shouldn't be. Everyone takes their own time to heal. I read an article last week about two women who took nine months to heal, but once they did, they stayed clear.
