Shaq didn't "win" him those rings. That is a unintelligent statement even though I know why you think that. Shaq was 1but Kobe was 1A and he was a top 5-10 player at the time as well. He also was the closer of almost every game. Lebron is a more complete package but he has never come CLOSE to closing and being crafty when scoring as Kobe. He also has a unparalleled body which is a huge disadvantage to opponents. Kobes game is based on skill and hard work.

Correct, in this "heads up" racing class the first to cross the line wins regardless of Elapsed Time in seconds or Speed in MPH. MPH is the best indication of what kind of power a car makes. Low ET number indicates that the entire car (chassis setup, tires, etc) is working well and using that power to get down the track in the quickest time possible. 

So the mustang crossed the finish line first? If that's the case then that means they're racing for who crosses the line first and not for the fastest ET right

It all depends on the type of racing. In head's up, (both competitors abide by class rules/vehicle mods permitted) the lights turn green, both cars leave and first person to cross the line wins. If car 1 runs a .04 better 1/4 time than car 2  but car 2 has a reaction time that is .05 quicker than car 1 at the light the winner would be car 2 by.01.  Look at the race @ 2:10 you can literally see the civic in the lane closest to the camera jump before the other (both didn't redlight). At the end the civic closest to camera won with a slower time only because they made up for it by cutting a faster light
