Thanks for the tutorial. I have the same mobo except it is the "LX" Had no idea that I was supposed to be updating my bios drivers all this time. I had an old driver from 2011 october. My computer seems to be smooth so must have worked

Did you do a parameter recall at all? (Shutting system down, pulling PSU plug and waiting 2 minutes before powering up again?

Doesn`t work for P8B75M-LE. The new file is recognized as "not UEFI".

could someone tell me how to do this. email me maybe? i downloaded from gigabyte and its dates 09/17/2012 i download it and its f9? i ran the flash through q flash and it did nothing at all. i made a bootable flash drive.. cant get this loaded. i have a z68x ud4 with an i7 2600k

This is a terrible instructional video. Why don't you set the camera up on a tripod? We cannot see what you're doing; you don't say the names of the pieces of software you're using "this little software here!" is not enough information to replicate what you've done.

Thanks for this video. After 6 hours of trying to make this work using osx lion. I finally realised I had an old xp machine, and it worked first time in 10 minutes. Cheers!

It is, but you don't have to have a 3rd gen cpu to use the UEFI BIOS. I have a I5 2500K and it works fine for me.
